Does the BF grill fit the Kyosho Big Boss bodyshell?

I'm in hopes somebody in here might be able to let me know if that combination is possible.

Things is, would the BF grill fit the lexan bodyshell of the 1989 Kyosho BIG BOSS?

Kyosho RC vehicles are not known to be very accurate scalewise, but somehow the plastic grill they've made for their Ford ranger pick-up is as brilliant as the one Tamiya did for the truck released back in 1982. I was wondering, since the BIG BOSS grill is almost impossible to find... would the regular Tamiya Ford ranger grill fit the Kyosho one? I mean, maybe with little mods? As far as I understand both trucks are 1:10 scale.

It doesn't look promising. Please excuse the poor pics. I'm ready for bed and just quickly dug out a Ranger resto object body and a Big Boss grill that I've stripped the chrome off as a part of a restoration.
