Tamiya lowride pumpkin m06 chassis

Recommended Posts

Hi just bought a xb lowride pumpkin. The model looks great but is there a different front bumper that will fit the m06 chassis as the black bumper on the front doesn't look great. Once received will post it in my showroom.

Just unscrew it, and leave it off, no need to replace it with another.

That looks a lot better without the front bumper. I think the low ride is a great looking truck . What's the m06 chassis like?

I like the chassis, I did stuff the diff with grease to give a L.S.D. effect but need to throw the pogo shocks away.

I wanted to do a full custom build, but my body is warped, so I threw it together boxart, and well look again next year.

Doesn't need a hot motor to be fun, the silver can, with a 5600, 2S lipo goes quite well.

Wouldn't mind trying to find some different wheels for it. And some new shocks to try and lower it a notch although I could just lower the body pins

Needs shocks and m grip tyres on the front.

Mine has the M Chassis alloy shocks, makes it handle like its on rails.

Good luck.  Tried 5 sets on mine so far and still not found anything I like.

Does anyone know what size wheels are on the low ride? 1-10 scale?

That's a good thread. Cheers. Well it was suppose to be here today but seems to be delayed. The joys of buying pre Xmas

Here's mine, just completed, wasn't a fan of the standard wheels, so added wheels from the current racing trucks, I think they look much better!
