NOW SOLD - Brushless Hotshot

My RC activities for the last 18 months have been virtually zero; work and family life just getting in the way.  With no sign of that changing any time soon I've decided to thin down some of my collection.

 

So first up my refurbished Hotshot - this was subject of a build thread back in 2012 (although it was more like a re-re build given how few of the original parts were re-utilised), but sadly the build thread was lost during the forum redesign a few years back.

It's been run for all of 50 yards to test the brushless system (back in 2012) and just sat on display since.

Comes exactly as it was when rebuilt..

Hobbywing EZRun 9T non-sensored brushless motor/ESC combo

Acoms RX (40MHz old tech, no 2.4GHz here )  -  No RX or battery included

Acoms servo

Original wheels (repainted silver chrome) and original tyres (a bit hardened over the years), plus the chrome non Tamiya star spokes and spike tyres.

 

Not one for the purists, but for someone looking for a runner it'd be great fun.

Many, many new parts went into the rebuild - bumper, chassis tub halves, cage, body, decals, red plastics, internals plus more.
