Hello all. I'm Mat, 41 and I live near Grimsby. I'm a life long fan of Tamiya, my first being the Mud Blaster when I was about 15. A long line of cars followed including (from memory!) Thundershot, Fire Dragon, Manta Ray, Taisan Starcard 911 GT2, FF  Opel Vectra JGTC, Ford Focus WRC, Porsche 911 GT3, Ferrari Enzo and FXX, Merc' CLK DTM (Alesi) Honda NSX GT500 TA05, TA05- R chassis kit (still owned) and Blackfoot Extreme (recently sold).

My current line up is a 2015 Monster Beetle sporting the resin body from the Subaru brat re release made up as a Mud Blaster, the aforementioned Subaru Brat, a Super Hotshot and a 911 GT2 with custom Red Bull livery. I also have a TA05- R that sports many different shells.

Then on top of that I have a Traxxas Revo 2.5 nitro! (For sale or swap incidently!) So quite a collection past and present. This year I hope to get 2x Blackfoot and the XV01 Lancia Delta and if they do release it as hints suggest, the Bigwig. I'm also on the look out for a Thundershot, Fire Dragon, Terra Scorcher and Boomerang. A Vanquish wouldn't go amiss either!

Thanks all, I would post pictures but all my photos are too large and I don't have the facility to edit on my phone. And my computer skills are about as evolved as my ability to fly.

Yep, got photobucket (don't get on with the other one) but it made no difference. Clicking on the choose files tabs takes me to my device photos only with no option to access photobucket. But it may be like i said - I have literally zero tech skills and knowledge, computers to me are witch craft! 😂

When you look at your photos on Photobucket there will be a list of links under each photo. Copy the 'direct' link and then paste it into the post you're writing. If the witchcraft works correctly your pic should then appear in your post.

PS: Note the careful use of 'if' and 'should'!!

If you choose the direct link option and put the links straight into your post, then the pictures appear in the post rather than the links. This saves viewers from viewing the incessant advertising spewed out by Photobucket, and is generally considered good forum practice.

Your pictures should then appear like so:

Hmm, even that guide doesn't help. The picture of the Porsche is a straight upload from my phone, not photo bucket. That's why clicking on it gives a vast unviewable picture. Nothing in that guide works. It advises how to do it using a PC with a mouse, I'm on a phone! It gives further guidance  (Terz1) but none of those tabs are on my phone, for example in my bottom right is the delete button. There is no IMG link and the only way I can do it is to copy and paste the link which results in how it appeared earlier.

I have to say, I've been a member of dozens of forums over the last 15+ years and I can't ever remember having such issues just to load a photo! Is there any particular reason for such a difficult process that relies largely on separate image hosting sites, again - something I've never encountered before!

Another one anyway but don't click it cos the piccy will be massive! 😂

Thanks, Turnip! I'm a true life long fan of Tamiya but now as you can probably tell, they are all resigned to the proverbial shelf! There's just nowhere near where I live to give them a good blast. If I could take one of them out it would be Hotshot. For the record, all my cars are built to full run capability. Each has radio gear, fully ballraced and apart from SHS a Sport Tuned motor. It's sort of my unwritten rule! If anyone knows of a good RC circuit near Grimsby then please let me know!
