Metallic spray paint for Lunchbox

Hi All

I am currently modifying a Lunchbox and have brought a new shell to spray and have also completely stripped the old shell.  After 2 cpats of Tamiya fine primer I want to spray one shell metallic light blue and one metallic light green.

Can anyone recommend any metallic spray paint besides tamiya please?  If no-one can, then I will stick to metallic tamiya paint.

Try "custom paints" they have a web site. I have just got the paint for my merc gigaspace  they are automotive suppliers but hey do rattle cans.

I had a sparkle pearl effect  plus they do 2k clear coat in cans also

Have a look on ebay for Hycote brand acrylic car paint - loads of colours to choose from and a LOT cheaper than buying from places like Halfords.

I've used it on 1:1 cars and have always been pleased with the results.

Plus 1 with the Hycote , and I've had good results with Holts paints from 'The Range' stores , good price too

Where are you located?  If you are in the US then i recommend that you look at duplicolor automotive pints

If you are in the US, try Krylon paints - I think Walmart have them.
