Anyone used this site? I ordered some stuff three weeks ago and haven't heard/received anything...

I've just seen Tony's posting from a few years ago, and might not have used them if I'd seen it first, but they were the only place that had what I was looking for...

I have used them half a dozen times now without any issues since December 2015, through their website and their eBay store. Very speedy delivery.

Did you get your bits in the end?

I've ordered a few bits from 4wheel via eBay before and received within days, but ordered from the website and still waiting after 2 weeks!

Yes - they arrived on Saturday. I had to open a paypal case, but they said that they've had some packages going missing in the post recently. They also said they hadn't seen the email I sent them, so you might want to try the same...

Recently bought from their eBay store and the bits arrived within a day or two.

Ordered off eBay from them last week and it was at my click and collect point next day.

Likewise, ordered a cockpit set last week off eBay and came next day.

I suspect they have a stock/email system issue for the non eBay web sales.

I used them a couple of weeks ago, had no issues, unlike another supplier who seemed to drag his heels

Looks like I will have to open a PayPal case against them, 4 weeks plus waiting! not happy

That is really odd. Have you phoned them? Sure there emails haven't gone to your spam filter?

Cheers, just money back now. Could have got stuff from Hong Kong cheaper and quicker even by surface mail.

Yer, deffo not on but does seem strange and I guess their order system is geared to eBay now rather than site orders. You have more patience than I do; I would have been on the phone within a few days until they resolved.
