I've been on the hunt for vehicles that I used to own to add back to my collection and the Rc10gt was one of them. Of course mine had the original tub chassis but I came across this one a couple months ago and couldn't find a tub chassis truck cheap enough so I ended up getting it. So, what happens a month later while searching eBay. . . You guessed it, I see an original tub gt that needs some love and I ended up getting that one too! Lol

This one has what I believe is a Holeshot racing chassis, OS engine, rpm arms, steering bellcrank and rear hub carrier. I have a Rpm receiver box that I still have to install and have to get a repro body for it since finding an original body is **** near impossible. I took everything apart and cleaned the years of dirt and grime off it. The engine was seized but I applied heat to the case and head to get the engine freed up. I also ended up polishing the pipe for a little added bling. Lol. I still need to swap out all the fasteners to stainless hex fasteners but I got those after I already put this back together.

This is the other GT with stock chassis I picked up, I didn't take a pic when I first got it. This is a pic already disassembled and ready to get cleaned.

Put back together with stainless fasteners and still need to get some wheels.
