Differences between Tamiya Super Stock BZ motor and sport tuned?
Is the BZ motor faster? I'm assuming it is but I don't know much about them. Are they worth the extra money over the Sport Tuned?
The Tamiya Super Stock BZ motor is very brushed:
The Sport-Tuned is a closed-endbell motor at 27T, while the Super Stock BZ is an open-endbell motor with 23T. Fewer turns means a more powerful motor, so a car equipped with a BZ will probably have a little more speed over one equipped with a Sport-Tuned, or at least greater acceleration.
