Vintage Sand Scorcher License Plates or Repro's?

Can anyone help ID these.

Vintage or reproduction parts?

They look like resin repros - the bubbles on the back are indicative of 'home cast' parts as opposed to injection molded parts

I got them in a batch of RC stuff I bought on ebay.

I don't need them I'll PM you mate.
