Help Id vtg GH f-tower hopup part

I think the front shock tower on this vintage Grasshopper was made back in the day by RCH. The color reminds me of that company.

I hope somebody here knows what brand it really is. It doesn't look complicated to make but finding a couple of these to repair some old cars would be better than good
