Zum aktuellen Anlass gibt es von LRP eine offizielle Pressemitteilung : 

„Hiermit möchte ich die derzeit kursierenden Gerüchte und Falschinformationen folgendermaßen klarstellen:

Die LRP electronic GmbH stellte am 17.05.2017 Antrag auf Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart. Mit Beschluss vom 18.05.2017 bestellte das Amtsgericht Herrn Rechtsanwalt Dr. Philipp Grub, Reinsburgstraße 27, 70178 Stuttgart, zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter.

Es wird angestrebt, den Geschäftsbetrieb der LRP electronic GmbH im Insolvenzeröffnungsverfahren fortzuführen, um die Sanierungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu überprüfen. Außerdem haben wir einen M&A-Prozess gestartet, um einen Investor für das Unternehmen zu finden.“

Concerning the rumours and false information floating around I would like to clarify as follows:

LRP electronic GmbH filed for insolvency at the Local Court of Stuttgart, Germany. By decision of the Local Court of May 18th, 2017, lawyer Dr. Philipp Grub, Reinsburgstraße 27, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany, was appointed Preliminary Insolvency Administrator.
