Good news-another re-release

Tamiya will re-release the 1/12 Martini Porsche 935( static kit only) this month. Good news for anyone waiting to restore their old 935 body.

Comes with Cartograf decals!!

Wonder why Tamiya have gone 'outside' for the decals??

Not complaining mind as Cartograf are one of the best!!

Tamiya may have been using out of house vendors for their decals for years. Many, if not all of their tires were made by Takeuchi. Jim

If I am thinking correctly, the cartograph decals are waterslide decals. I've used a few of these on my 1/48 scale a/c. They are nice, very nice. Its far easier to blend the decals with the finish then it is the adhesive decals.

A couple of us have called tower about all of the current re-releases. They no nothing about anything. You might have to give it some time, maybe a month or two.
