I'm enquiring on behalf of a friend who is looking for an old model called a Mardave Cobra Buggy.

They're apparently not very competitive but incredibly durable in the hands of a kid.

I could only find a green one that isn't boxed. 

Yours sounds perfect and is probably too good for a snotty little kid who'll smash it to bits!
