Do you remember the paint/color you used? I like it.

This body was a test paint for the two stage process I used for my anniversary 934 body. First clear read then back it with gun metal.

I'm using 9mm rears and 5mm fronts in this photo

I'd be too scared to run that. It would be in a glass case and someone else would hide the key!

I know it's a DF, but does anyone own this on here? The body is a bit low for my liking but it looks good.

I believe thats the 95 f150 baja. It was for a ta02t. I'll look and see if Tamico still does them in stock.

Thanks for the offer, but I've found it on FleaBay over here at £22. The problem was that I didn't know what I was looking for. It's Tamiya #11825673. You're a star!

It looks fantastic in the picture. Do you remember how you painted it? Like, how much red was applied before the black? A nice even coat, or a full can?

I swear Tamiya only puts about thimble full of paint in each can so you use about the whole can to get an even coat of clear red

then you spray the gun metal

Here's the color I am trying to match. It's my MX-5. In the sunlight, it looks very similar to Shodog's Camaro above. So far, the closest match I have been able to find a picture of. In the picture below, the color doesn't show as well. The proper name for the color on my car is Black Cherry.
