Futaba 4px / 3 speed gear changing

Hello all,

 

This is my first post here although I have been browsing for years, I have finally after having owned my F350 for 10 years decided to build and finish it.

I have purchased some upgrades from junfac and I am using my Futaba 4px and I was hoping one of you clever chaps out there would be able to give me some pointers on the settings.

I have gone through the book a number of times but can't quite get it.
