Hi I'm fixing up my old thunder dragon the the 90s. I bashed it to badword until it wouldn't move anymore.

I've got new (A) parts but I'm worried about splitting them when I screw the blue (D) parts in to them.

Any tricks to doing it without damaging my shiny new (A) parts?

Cheers.

I found that each time I took the screws out for maintenance I was gradually screwing them in tighter and tighter without realising. Being tapping screws I should have realised that would happen. I ended up ruining some fresh new parts on mine so bought some more parts trees. A small amount of loctite might be good to give you piece of mind without overtightening. I never had an issue with the D parts going to the A parts. I found I was overtightening the A parts on the diff housings
