Tamiya and Kyosho donate parts to do the Wondertwin Powers, form of a minty GT-40!!! Last time I pulled this stunt was 11 years ago!

Chris, if I have misplaced this in the wrong category please forgive me and I will be happy to move it. Since it started out as a TA-02 BMW touring car I thought it could be posted here......

Super happy with the result using a TA-02 Tamiya BMW car sourced from eBay with almost all the period Tamiya chassis hop-ups. As for the body, these GT40 Kyosho Nostalgic series bodies are so incredibly hard to find now. Painfully difficult. Overall I feel like what I have looks better than the stock stance and wheel size from back in 1995. Back when these were brand new pricey Kyosho kits I drooled on at the local shop!!!!! I would leave with my package of foam tire inserts and motor brushes and dream of having enough money to buy even one of these GT40 kits, ha..........For a few more details see my post on the main site.
