Question about holiday buggy

Just purchased two "holiday buggies" from Ebay. It was a "buy it now," so I didn't have too much time to study the pictures. After looking at the pictures, something looked funny... I see a battery tray, with springs... Did someone make holiday buggy knockoffs or copies? The item number is listed below.

hello yes i think them are copys.....that same guy had them listed the other day....and he noted that someone told him they where copys too

Thanks for the info. I asked the seller to let me out of the deal. I do feel abit mislead since he didn't mention that someone told him previously they were fakes.
