LED lights BEC only? or inc resistor?

I have bought these:

my school boy electronics and lack of LED specifications have confused me will I need some resistors between the BEC and LEDs or not?

As long as you set that BEC to its 5V output mode (not 12V) you will be able to connect the lights directly to it without resistors.

I think those spotlight LEDs already have resistors inline, just connect to 5v power direct
