Making undertrays for carbon chassis plates - help!

So I have built my Terra Conqueror Evo with lovely Fibre Lyte chassis. First carbon chassis and I love the look and how it all goes together. Because the TC never came carbonified the plates just leave all the innards open to dirt and stones. Any tips on making something to seal this up? Or should I just put the tub chassis back on and have done? The Top Force undertray doesn't work apparently. It is a shame because I am loving the carbon plate idea. Even had a doodle of a carbon plate design for my DT03 on holiday, but it's no good if it fills with rubbish the first time I run it off-road.

Ideas anyone? Go!

Flat piece of Lexan cut to shape and fixed on with Velcro ?

Why won't top force work? It'd be neater than just random lexan....

Tried that and bending the lexan up to make side snapped it.

Apparently the Top Force body is wider towards the rear. Thinking on it you are right, it might be a better bet as a starting point even if it doesn't fit.

Any other ideas anyone?
