Nova Fox issues

Hi all, last month i bought a novafox, never had the original in my collection so was looking forward to building it, all was going well until i got to the front hubs, there hollow so the ball joint hasn't got anything to screw into, i thought it might just be me but a buddy of mine has got one and has the same issue, has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

apologies if I'm stating the obvious, but are you using the right size ball connector (8mm), rather than the smaller one (5mm) for the track rods?

BB8 ( 8mm ) into F1 & F2 parts . BB8 is the same setup as hotshot , boomerang etc on front .

Hope your not using BB9 ( 5mm )  .

I didn't have a problem , but i did get the 1st batch of kits , wouldn't think it would have changed ?. 

Or you need some sleep   and come back to it . We have all been there   .

I will check but im sure there right, the hub is hollow rather than solid like the  hotshot, which i have in my collection.

I had exactly the same problem. While 3 of the BB8s fitted snugly, the fourth was a loose fit and promptly fell out on the first test drive. I then glued the BB8 in - works at the moment,  I wouldn't expect it to hold up to a collision though. 

Maybe an early production error?
