Anyone seen a set of these before?

Evening,

I recently bought an FF01 rolling chassis from Italy. It arrived sporting these rims. Anyone seen a set before because I'm sure I haven't. They're alloy three spokes without a centre hex but with the slot built in. 

I have no idea what the writing in permenant marker denotes.
