Are you sure there isn't an O-ring inside the cap? Not all shocks have a bladder; some, like the original style RC10 shocks, seal the cap with an O-ring and are designed to keep an air gap at the top for volume compensation.

As for origin: no idea. They look like some sort of hop-up parts for one of the Chinese brands. Probably work OK, if you're replacing pogo sticks.

Certainly nice shocks, I have a nice set that no one could figure out the maker either it was 100% aluminum like yours with the o lot thing being plastic on mine were the spacers, even the spring retainer piece on mine are aluminum

Yes, there’s a clear ring in the caps. How far do you fill them if there’s no bladder?

You can fill them fully but only with the piston at full compression - this means youll have to fill to 2/3rds and then slowly push the piston up to near the oil surface and then add a little more oiil a mm at a time as you continue to push the piston in
