In my obsessive search for hop ups for my cars I have found Tamiya 53130.

I fancy dying the spur gears and other nylon parts on my Group C cars using the Tamiya dye, maybe the pink on the Daytona Thunder and blue on the Jag xjr12!? And being a 53*** part number I must be justified in doing so, after all it IS a hop up!.

Or maybe I'm being a bit silly🙄

Come on someone has to try these off the wall Tamiya projects. Like the Tamiya wind generator set.

Actually being in renewable energy a scale model wind generator sounds pretty cool to me. How dorky is that?

Rit dye will achieve the same end result with a far wider choice of colours

      Hi Jon,
In the linked image, I've simply moved the bar forward until it is centered directly over the rear shock tower (approx. 10.72mm) and kept the same height.  Is this what you had in mind?

Are still manufacturing the gear box clamp for Monster Beetle?
Can they be fitted with a rear anti roll bar?
