LOL, yes, I noticed the 80's music...

First, Wow!  Over 200 unbuilt kits?  Impressive...

Second, Dang it, I have the same disease as this guy.  Perhaps I should thin my collection of model kits.  I'm never going to build them all in my lifetime, just like this guy...  Depressing...

Third.  Plastic boxes are a Good idea. Tires are not exposed to ozone, so they will not crack. And they were jacked up so the tires won't go flat.  Maybe I should wrap tires in plastic...

This has been discussed on here before, but I don't see a collection... I see a hoard. A well-organized hoard, to be sure, but a hoard nonetheless.

I do approve of his musical choices, however. I have both the Alan Parsons Project and the Supertramp on vinyl, original pressings, to name but two of an ever-growing collection of 70s-80s LPs.

The difference? My records get played.

Perhaps a little OTT, but pretty amazing nonetheless. Great taste in full size cars - Alpina B10 V8s.

I noticed that, he seams to have every B10 rim and steering wheel in existence too lol

Anyone else spot the charging cable on his 1:1 model? That must have taken ages to build. Nicely finished, too.

To be honest though, it looked like a stock room rather than a collection. Maybe he is an ebayer and this is his inventory.

wow, and ouch....reading his showroom at least he is restoring old run down kits. Pity he is not passing them on though for others to enjoy. BUT his finds are his finds.

I picked up a Terra Scorcher and it came with a Super Sabre and was happy to pass on to anther TC member for more or less what I paid for it as I have no interest in restoring it. I was offered 2 Cats as well but have no idea about them as I was strictly Tamiya as a kid.

for me if i could afford that kind of collection it would def be on display in my house so i could see it all the time.

know with that kind of collection he def has a fair amount of disposable income so will have a big house also that is where i would keep the collection

i dont have a problem with him haveing so many copy kits tbh if it was me i would prob be the same but i would build one to show.

he aint no worse than a 1.1 car collector who buys his collection then just stores it and never use's them.

like its been said one day this collection will be up for sale and i hope tamiyaclub members get first dibs on it.until that day he is a very good custodian of this collection. i would love to visit this collection and see it in person and meet this great person /collector.
