I am about to take apart and reassemble the rear diff of a DF03 clone car. The manuals say that I should be using a 'cement' or glue to lock the cup joint into place. Anyone done this before? Any pointers?

Thanks

Is that to stick the metal 'MK6 Diff plate' , which the diff balls run on, to the plastic 'MK3 Diff housing plate' ?

It should already be glued if it's already together, unless it's worn and you plan on flipping the diff plate, but that would depend on how well the original builder glued it.
