Out of curiosity: has anyone plumbed and wired the engine block assembly on a Bigwig? It seems like a good opportunity to add some scale detail, despite how the shell obscures it.

It would make sense if the types of people who are interested in scale realism and the people who own Bigwigs are not the same, yet I see a number of them on shelves...

It was a project I considered once, but I cannot justify a Bigwig for that purpose alone.

It’s the reason why I haven’t finished my Bigwig since March last year, just because I hadn’t got around to engine detailing and painting shell. I want to make ht leads and air filter, paint rocker and ribs on the rockers etc and make a little dizzy for it!

Very nice! I am glad others feel the same way.

I thought about it for a while because my uncle used to build static models, and plumbing and wiring engines was one of his strongest skills. If I ever finish up or even get my hands on a Bigwig, that will be a priority!

That looks great @Juggular , I also planned to paint the exhaust silencers/manifold.

Thank you, kindly.  Since the exhaust was made out of rubbery bumper material, it didn't take marker well.  You may have to dye them.
