Think he had multiple listings & I was mucking about on fleaBay app trying to buy more than 1; 3 of the listings only allowed singles then the 4th I got 2... so total 5. Then I noticed a XiaoMi gizmo I was interested in... heck, why not  so yeah that's the fifth transaction. 

Not losing sleep, just annoyed why don't they process according to time submitted? Like I reported all 5 within the same sitting... so why now 1 refunded and the other 4 still Under Review - it's been 2 days

I just escalated mine now, forgot to do this two days ago! I've referenced this thread, hopefully it is just a formality now.

You fellas going thru fleaBay or PayPal?

i escalated mine to PayPal and that action closed the fleaBay cases

yeah I should've tried half thru PayPal & kept half thru fleaBay  see which moves faster ... but just didn't realise that'll close the fleaBay case immediately.

Thanks mate. It's the first time I have ever claimed for anything, and I was beginning to worry a bit. Very happy for you getting your refunds though.

yeah same! Been over 20yrs fleaBaying & never got involved in such a widespread scam, haven't had to lodge such a claim before. 

 

Wasted 2mths though  and I still haven't gotten around to reordering more ESCs  and now the weekend is over, Easter is next weekend blah blah blah... too late to restock for the holidays. Meh!

Me too. I even waited for 4 more days after the final alleged delivery date "just in case".

yeah lately my life's year winds up at xmas, so I finally get time to resume soooo many hobby & need-to-do projects over the few wks break... before things get busy again, everything gets pushed aside for urgent issues cropping up... sigh

I stopped trawling aliexpress after they stopped taking PayPal and CBF'd joining alipay or whatever their payment scam err scheme is now... don't care & don't wanna know.

Well .got up this morning to get an email  from PayPal....case closed in my favour...refunded ....lol ..please wait five days if seller has funds to do so .Bet he has nothing left....o well way to buy next

Refunded also they have obviously realised that this is a scam, oddly the seller still kept insisting that it was on its way
