yep got that ,, what I mean you normaly get the high lighted words says contact seller .. then you click on item not here ,, then takes you to another link where you pick ... want refund or still want item ,, which you fill out and then send to seller .. that's the part its not letting me see or click on .... so with all above waiting I gone right to paypal saying so and then just wait .. but no reply today from him ..

well two messages to seller on e bay , no reply , case opened with paypal ... email today ..seller has stop all response .. paypal to take control and let me know the out come ... of course seller said have given you tracking number ... but it still has not left HongKong .....

So will have to see ,,, did say I have a number of members who are waiting on the same item for longer than my self meaning it don't look good for any of us as the number is more than just me ..

 

WELL TRACKING Number still shows plane cz303 ,, 9.30 back on 28th jan ,, nothing after it ,,so lets hope they see that and say the same two months is a long time ..

The listing states:-

If you don't receive the item after 35 days,please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem.

I dont class, you've got a tracking number, as solving the delivery problem.

well today I gets two more items from HK .. one was ordered two days after and the del day was march 30th ,so got here in good time .. so started keeping the mail pods now to show if need be ,., I will make a case if they don't back it up ... too many of us lost out so we have the numbers ,so cant just say its too soon to tell .as some of you are already two weeks behind ...

 

MAY  even make a list of name and transactions if need be to show who is waiting .. but will do that when they get back to me .... i

I don't mind the wait ,but worry if left too long the claim time will pass and not get anything done ..

Mine were due 12th march (5 of them). 13th march opened case and mailed seller. No response and now have to wait until 21st March before I can do anything else!

ps same flight no as everyone else. And this my alleged tracking number...

I have raised a thingy with ebay to say I have not received mine, seller responded quick with this 

Seller's message:
'dear customer: your item have sent out already, we have update tracking number on eBay, you can check that. thank you.'

I cant find the new details so have asked the seller to send them to me

I had same, told him the number was still the same and to please refund immediately as no one else an the forum had received theirs either after nearly 2 months.

I have done this twice now ... we are all in the same boat , maybe worth getting together

got to wait three days as the seller has raised the case and put a claim in and wants paypal to sort it out ..>Whats that all about then? .. its him that has failed to deliver ...so I have to wait then paypal will contact me and ask me forany info I have and what I think etc ... got to be polite and not go off on one ,or they will see it in his favour  so a case of wait and see what they come back with ... BUT they must know by now the number of claims against this seller ....So keep any case numbers handy as we may have to put a list in to them and fight our side ...

😔😦 PayPal have always been good at refunding me in the past. That link doesn’t make easy reading. Hopefully if we all get together it will get resolved easier. If we all send our eBay usernames together to one of our members to quote hopefully that will speed things up. We could list them here but I suggest we all message someone who already has a claim in progress. Does anyone else concur?

The seller can 'prove' they sent the items as there is a tracking number.

As i mentioned in a previous post, ebay or paypal wouldnt entertain us a few weeks back, when an item didnt arrive, but was sent tracked and was signed for, not by us obviously, and even the depot it left from to be delivered, was 20 miles away!! (so dont deliver to our area) 

Seems the way to get ebay on side, if you're a crook, is to issue a fake / duplicate tracking number, or just send it to a mate/ family member/ PO box in that region.

My guessing is a few items were sent out, not necessarily esc's, and there tracking numbers duplicated, i'd like to think ebay's system could cross reference that though?

I know it's not as good as £6, but I ordered some from Aliexpress for £11.77. I also picked up a 1040 (older 40 amp version) for £8.05

I guess that's about as cheap as you can expect them to get.

I’m locked in a feedback loop in the eBay resolution centre until March 21. Will be interesting to see what happens when I’m ‘allowed’ to ask eBay to step in...

Same here it’s pretty frustrating sending the same response everyday ....

Today .PayPal. saying waiting on me to respond ..i am away in gosport  .so only on my phone .....now saying as the seller gave me a tracking number ..means it has been delivered . ....NO ... does not mean anything ..told them wait till I get back Monday to show info and number of claims against him ...will like to ask if you guy can send me or list case numbers so I can make a list showing who and numbers who waiting ...
