There's a little one that comes as an option for the Orlandoo micro crawlers - I've installed one in my CC01 and it sounds ok (better than the linked eBay jobby) There's a Turnigy light and sound module on Hobbyking but I think it might just be the GT Power rebadged? The engine sounds are model sources not engine type, so there isn't a "diesel" option but there are several suitable options such as rock crawlers, trucks, and what you call Semis. It's a nice compact unit that has a big sound.
