Headlights are fine IMO. The thing that really gives it away for me as being a Tamiya body is the dimples on the underside of it. One near the front left of the windscreen (right if it was the right way up) the 2 on the rear window and 2 on the rear boot. Front one is for an aerial. The rear window being for body posts and the boot being for a spoiler. This in my mind just screams out Tamiya.

I’m still not sold on it... I’m basing this off the Blanc Pain Lamborghini Gallardo shell as the few photos I can find on the internet doesn’t have headlights looking like that Ebay one for sale... unless the finished versions of the Blanc Pain Gallardo’s online are showing light buckets fitted and not decal headlights...

I might just do that. If you see a Lamborghini shell in the trades section next week you’ll know the back story ;)

The body set from Seidel adds up quite a lot when it's all separated 😯

If your going box art with it I'd save the stress and get the pre painted shell.

Yeah the XB shell comes with TT01 holes Pre drilled too... but to be fussy I was looking to do a different colour not the black.

Its a major shame as the finished body also comes with some LED’s and the TRU-01 light kit too all for a paltry €99... Pity I can’t force myself to like the black version :(

Camarillo is in the US so postage kills it... backup is ernieks :)
