How do you upload a Showroom?

Been doing some browsing around on the site, how do you create a showroom or upload to one?  is that like a paid premium feature?

Hi Jeff - yes, you have to join/pay the annual subscription to TamiyaClub (£15 a year) and then you get your own showroom and all the associated facilities such as favourites and signature groups etc.
