top one is a nitro 

bottom one is 4wd with a belt running through the middle

Absolutely not an Optima Mid. I don't know what it is, but I've rebuilt a couple of Mids, and that's not one. Gearbox housings are all wrong.

Not Yokomo either... almost looks like a hacked-up AYK Radiant... except those were chain-drive.

Yeah the electric one Ive seen before, the eyes in the front bumper gives away the model but for the life of me right now Im drawing a blank.

The electric buggy is a MRC (French company), the competition version

MRC MRX Competition 4x4        related to their Santana i think

and the radioplate is from a Kyosho Sonic Sports, painted yellow to match the MRX/Santanas yellow steering levers. The bumper is of course from a Nikko Dictator....a.parts bin very special...... but complete vintage and rare...

The one I was bidding on yesterday went for 56 Euro and was in much better shape than yours
