You definitely should!  I took my TA02SW kit's shell and put in on an M06.  Rear-motor RWD.  It did require extra offset/wide tires (or spacers).

Sven, it was a G-reg i was looking at last night, very early 4x4 on Lattice wheels as standard. Not sure when they moved to Sharktooth but i found out recently that 4x4s came with both. 

I’d be interedted depending on price but i’m willing to travel for the right car. 

A V8 Capri sounds lively, what’s the lump out of? Wooders would suggest a Chevy lump in everything, even Mustangs :lol:

It's a one owner from new my late fathers car, not been used since 98! white needs re-commissioning I would need to get some photos sorted and sent;)

Just a Rover Vitesse in the Capri but breathed on quite a considerable amount ,over bore ,stage three heads, high lift cam 4 barrel carb etc etc , might not have the grunt of a chevy but its lighter and I got 218 bhp @wheels. Built it handle not drag race

I don’t think there’s any type of car in the workd that someone hasn’t put a Rover V8 in! It sounds like a nice machine, i’d love to see photos of it too. 

Same with your dad’s car - i’d be interested in that for sure. If you can sort out some photos and a description of any bad bits then i can see what’s what. It would have a good home with me :)

Whatever is available and cheap! 

Although a mate won the drag racing championship with 5ltr fox body, and had it all swapped over into a Capri for the first race of the season, and the thing looked factory! 

(But turbo'd Chevy's are the future......🤔)
