You can't really go wrong with a TLR buggy.  That being said, I have been very captivated by the Schumacher cars.  They seem to be great performers and they look phenomenal...

Both of those are run at my club and seem to do ok. I can't comment on reliability as I don't run them and haven't asked, but their performance seems comparable to others.

For some reason the TLR 22-4 isn't as popular as their 2wd buggy, the TLR 22 could be the most popular car at my club. A lot of people run the 22 3.0 or 4.0, but then a different 4wd. I haven't asked why, probably should.
