Slipper clutch constantly slipping - help?

Not really.  Touring car ball diffs are pretty good; some of the buggy ball diffs are a little weak until upgraded with metal joints.  This is pretty much the classic guide for building and setting a ball diff, posted years ago:

I ran a DB01 Durga with ball diffs and no slipper, and they lasted for a good number of packs before getting too crunchy.
