vtg Graupner compatibility w/ Futaba Q

I'm stuck on finishing my project car because I am not sure about the polarity of the mid 80's German Graupner C-605 servos. Anybody knows if the Graupner C-605 polarity is compatible with the standard Futaba? Would be of great help if someone could help me with this. You all have a fantastic Friday!

  In the linked image, I've simply moved the bar forward until it is centered directly over the rear shock tower (approx. 10.72mm) and kept the same height. Is this what you had in mind?
