Not new, just went missing for a while

Hi everyone

Finally got round to re-joining after taking a bit of time out. Apparently I was last here in 2011... that was the same year I decided I didn't have the budget or patience to continue touring car racing. I've been ticking over with various 1/14th and crawler projects in between though.

Roll forward a few years and I got back into racing after finding out a venue very local to me was racing 1/12th scale Supastox. I gave it a go and was hooked. Since entering a few rounds of the Scottish Open I've also discovered a love for the support classes F1 and Mini racing. I've had a Footwork F102 for as long as I can remember but rarely used it other than a bit of a mess about at my old racing clubs between races. I fired the modern electrics out of the Supastox into it for the Ayr round of the championship and lost out on the overall win by a car length... not bad considering the diffs haven't been touched for over 10 years and it was otherwise standard 

I still dabble in touring from time to time, now on a TRF416MS. Still trying to get my head around brushless and lipo - but it goes like a missile!
