Another Question

Will these wheels fit an M-06 . I know it says TT01/TT02 but it also says standard 12mm hex.

Sorry if this is a silly question but as it says on the left there, I’m a newbie.

They'll fit in so much as both chassis use 12mm hexes, but the diameter of the wheel/trye would be out of scale to the rest of the car (body, length etc.)
M chassis wheels are around 1.5" diameter, whereas TT01 compatible wheels are 1.9" diameter
Unless you're going for a certain look, I doubt they'd 'work'

I don't know about the M06, but I have seen touring car wheels used on "Outlaw" minis. It is one way of overcoming the relatively limited gearing options on the M Class chassis, giving a longer rollout and subsequently higher top speed down the straights.

Of course the larger diameter means you need to really slam the suspension, using the shortest shocks you can find built with internal spacers, otherwise the advantage of your extra speed down the straights is lost when the car needs to gingerly go round the corners for feel of rolling over due to the higher centre of gravity.

As far as the looks go, some people just don't care and hack away at the normal shell's wheel arches to enlarge them, while others buy mini shells moulded with extra large wheel arches to take the larger wheels.
