Essentially, yes.  You could get the Frog Mounts and mount a Frog Body on your Brat.

Further, the Brat originally had different rear shocks, and at one point had a one-piece / locked differential gear...  But you could convert these to Frog easily, if you have one of those older Brats...

So I guess it depends on how Frog you want to go with your Brat...

haha my brother did this with his original back in the 80's - Original Brat came with a locked DIff and Frog a Diff.

Yes body mounts are different - From the Frog manual (ReRe) you need MR13x3 which are metal screw in posts

Rear Shocks were different on the originals but both ReRes appear to come with the oil shocks.

Tamico is a good place to look for parts needed.

If I rember correctly, Frog also had a direct connection on the steering servo, while the Brat used a central mount with built in servo saver. But I think that wouldn´t be needed only for the body change.;)

Yeah, that's right.  I had forgotten about this part...

Now that I think about it more, the OG Brat center steering parts are different than the Super Blackfoot parts, though they accomplish the same thing...

I just looked in the Re-Re Frog manual.  The rear mounting pins are Tamiya Part #9805092.  You'll need 3 of them to mount the Frog body on the ORV.  Not sure why they are sold in pairs...

Be careful when mounting the body, especially the rear.  The Re-Re bodies do not flex like the OG bodies and they can and will rip at the rear post hole.  Truly, its a PITA to fit the body...  I recommend using stick-on reinforcement (Parma makes body mount stickers PAR#8042) at the post holes to help prevent ripping...
