could do, The R is for sale. What is it you would like to know specially, might help me take the right picture?

I'm not too familiar with the TT02 chassis' parts. I have a brand new AE TC4 club racer that I want to trade. Someone is offering me a used (but not abused) TT02R for straight swap. But I read in some threads that the TT02S is a much better chassis. I'd like to know which parts are needed to replace to make the R version an S. Will it take a lot to change and make me spend more rather than selling my TC4 and buying an S instead? Hope to see pics side by side and close up pics of their differences.

Thanks in advance! :)

Thank you!

I see you upgraded the steering, damper and shaft of the S to aluminum. Looks very nice. I'm also inspired by the TT02KR custom build by wrcc (rctech). I'm thinking it would be nice to mix and match parts from the S and KR versions. wrcc is selling his custom parts (mostly carbon fiber parts).

Got my metal DF-02 parts bag from Modelsport and the cases from Timetunnel.

Model sport has zero results for DF02 parts bag a, and zero results for DF02 differential.

Fusion have it in stock

Got mine from there 2 years ago now, man time flies. I only had 3 cars then

Awesome!  Thanks.

I do have another question.  Tamiya calls them differential gear case covers.  Apparently my google-fu is weak, because I, for the life of me, can’t find the DF02 white gear covers.

Is there a number for them?

If you don't fancy waiting for a special order, the same parts (albeit possibly in black) are also included in 51004, which is far more readily available.
