What if any are the differences between these two BODIES?

differences are in the roofs and in the nose cones: Blitzer's roof has an hole for the antenna tube, monster beetle's nose cone had two rings which hold the three lights and it is a little different in the shape. Do a search and you'll find more info about it![]

since the sunroof on the blitzer has the antenna hole, it doesn't affect the main body. also the front nose cone is removable as well, so installing an original monster beetle one is no problem.

underneath the blitzer's roof it is marked "monster beetle 1986". this means it IS a MB body, just molded in black! there are no differences at all as far as fender/hood shapes, or monting points in the main body. even the side body mount holes are in the same place! if your looking to buy a BB body for a MB resto they are infact identical! just the "bolt-on" parts differ as mentioned before........front nose cone, sunroof, and winshield(BB windshield is a darker tint but is the same exact shape as the MB one). hope this answers what you needed to know![]
