Sand Scorcher Tyre Choice.

So many great ideas and lots of positive input thank you gang. 

I’ll test the look of the wheels I have and then use what I have in stock as I can’t really justify any Tamiya spending right now. 

I went self employed in March and I have only just started taking a small wage and with 5 teenagers and a wedding next summer....well you know!

Anyway love the Shapeways wheels and when I have some pocket money I could also buy the Lunchbox parts I have been lusting over at the same time and save a little on postage 👍

I’ll put some pictures up with the differing options when that awesome TC member Turnip has worked his magic on refurbishing my Sand Scorcher.

Ok at long last we have a set of wheels and tyres for my Rere Scorcher.

I wasn’t feeling this set all, but now refurb’d and lettered up I’m really happy with them.

I’ll work out what to have as my 2nd shortly-

So I went for the refurb’d RR wheels, very happy with this choice 😊

And this set, Wannabe Hornet wheels and Super Champ Tyres.

I couldn’t bring myself to use my vintage tyre set of my ReRe so I ended up buying 4 new tyres after all 🙈

As least I sold my spare FAV tyres 👍
