TRF shocks, 2 or 3 hole for rally style use

Just picked up my TRF shocks and they have the 2 and 3 hole option, and i was wondering how big a difference it makes, i was going to run 40wt as it's what i have here but if there is a better weight I can get that.

What car are you using? There is 100 variables that effect what oil and hole size you will use.

are we talking MF01X? XV-01? TT02?

Sorry about that, i knew i forgot something...lol

MF01X Beetle variant , stock everything except using bearings, but i have the yeah racing hop up kit on the way

The car is petty light and you typically want a more compliant suspension for rougher ground, so I'd vote for 3 holes.

Given the wheels are small, you'll want slightly quicker suspension, try out the 3 holes, if it feels unstable, then swap to 2 hole, or increase oil weight.
