I tested on Tarmac, Grass and on a wet basketballcourt made out of small rubber Stones.

On wet surface the Tires had no grip at all. But also on dry Tarmac you coudn't accalerate quickly because the Wheels would spin out.

On Grass the car did get stuck all the time, because it hasn't 4wd and i have a fully open diff.

Also i think it was very unstable in it,s steering.

PS: i put my comment in the wron thread.....

My Quattro is coming along nicely and is almost done. The build has been very enjoyable and brought back some nostalgic feelings.

I've ordered some hop-ups but my plan is to run the car box stock (except for the bearings) for a while just to see what it's like, then I'll add the mods to see what kind of difference they make.

I can't wait to start on the body.

I would like a Audi Sport Quattro E2 Group B Body shell + the sound and fire out the Exhaust ... that would be something

I'd love to see all the Group B cars offered as body shells by Tamiya. I doubt it will ever happen, though.

Justt an average Offroad location.

Sturdy hard ground with a little bit of gravel.

Maybe it was an Outdoor parkingspace or a BMX Track, i can't remember.

I was just to schort. Also i would lo love to swap the Fwd chassis for an Rdw Chassis.

Then it would be me more fun for me and i would be motivated to get the hang of the short wheelbase :D
