Scipunk 383 Posted January 30, 2019 It says its for tractor trucks but could this be a replacement for the terrible grey ones? It's supposed to be a new release but i am not sure.
Mokei Kagaku 2706 Posted January 30, 2019 Relatively new, yes. Announcement was mid November, so I reckon shops are currently getting it in stock. Link to announcement when I first got the information. I don't quite understand what you mean with "terrible grey ones", but for any stock Tamiya servo saver, the Tamiya Hi-Torque servo saver is a significant improvement. Personally, I think the aluminum arms mostly benefit the bling factor and do between little and nothing for performance, but it does't stop me from buying them either.

Live Steam Mad 17 Posted June 15, 2020 I don't understand this item. The stock 1/14 tractor trucks shift servo arm has 5 teeth adjustment for length and looks nothing like the upgraded part. The upgrade part (which is the mid grey Aluminium part in the image above, not the 5 other black plastic parts in the image) looks much more like the steering servo horn? Can someone please explain what is going on here? In fact, Tamiya 54893 looks more correct for this shift servo function? Best Regards, AG

Best Regards, AG The information above is correct. 54893 isn't suitable for the gear shift of the trucks as it has a 3mm hole without tapping. The ballhead used for the gear shift requires 3mm threads in the servo horn as the threads on the ballhead are a bit too short for securing properly with a nut behind the servo horn. Manual for 56548 Aluminum Shift Servo Horn for 1/14 Scale R/C Tractor Truck Manual for 56537 Aluminum Dual Servo Mount and High Torque Servo Saver for 1/14 Scale R/C Tractor Truck (which includes aluminum servo horn for the steering, which is identical to 54369, except being anodized grey instead of blue). Hi Could you repost the manuals? (The links were broke) Is 56548 servo horn adjustable then? I wonder if it will fit my 1/14 MB Actros 1851? Thanks!

Hage C 3 Posted August 1, 2020 Hi Mokei, thank you for the manual! So, the option part server horn (56548) is non-adjustable? It has to adjust the shift rod instead if need, am I correct? Thanks!
