What do you know about crimping tools?

I need one for JST (they're servo plugs right?) and there are a couple of options.  I need it for little plugs but it would be nice if I could swap the jaws out for bigger wires.

This looks like it will do the job nicely, but it doesn't look like the jaws can be changed to do other wires.

This one

Looks like it accepts all these jaws

so for about $10 more than the top one I can use it for 10 - 28 awg which would be ideal.  Of course if I get this one it means I'll never install another car stereo again which means I'll never get my toy 1:1.

The bottom one though only talks about "Dupont" and not all the other types of plugs.  Does that matter or if I go for the lower option does that mean it won't actually work for any of the types of plugs I will want to use it for?

I have no idea, and talking to a friend who also wants one but isn't 100% sure about which one helped but still left some doubt...anyone able to enlighten me?

I got no answer.

But I was putting on bullet connectors for motor wires the other day.  I thought a crimping tool would be very useful.

Instead of benefiting silently, thank you.  (your links are a good starting point too)

I should give credit to my friend for the links.  I emailed him yesterday with some others and he is an engineer and currently in another city working on site, so called me last night to talk me through it.  He found those ones and then we were trying to decide on the best way forward - the blue ones which will definitely do this job, or the red ones with an extra set of jaws which will do every conceivable job that I will do forever.  I figure its like my fencing pliers, I bought them to fix a chainlink fence and they seemed overkill at the time, but the number of times I've used them since getting them when prior to buying them I didn't know they were a thing.  So while I could just wait for him to order them, I will get my own set too and hope that its not just a one off.

I think I'll need them a bit.  I had seen arduino stuff and thought it looked interesting.  Then saw a thread on here about it.  Then spoke to my friend about it last night.  I think we'll be building some robots and things in the not too distance future.  The tank chassis will be a useful base for other things too, all which need a crimping tool.

At least thats what I tell myself.  I have an empty space on my shelf for a crimping tool, which is right next to the space I'm saving for a Super Astute and Top Force...

Does anyone know how different the plug types are?

One says it does Dupont PH2.0 XH2.54 KF2510 JST Molex S-Sub terminals
While the other just says Dupont

Banggood aren't great with their descriptions, if I knew what those plugs were all like then I could make a call on whether the Dupont only one will do all types. I suspect it will as from google images they all look similar, but can't be 100% sure.

has anyone on here had experience with them and have any idea if they do one they'll do them all?
