Blitzer Beetle finished!

Recommended Posts

My wife bought this for my birthday! It's basically stock apart from the non box art paint, bearings and white wheels. I think it will get some extremely light running. I've been wanting to do one of these for a good while now.

I gave the chassis a little run up and down the road before I finished the body fully. It's quite slow on Nimh with the silver can, but it's going to sit pretty on the shelf for a bit. I have a 17t brushed motor for it and running on 2S should make it go fairly well.

I can't wait to give it a run on the beach, in it's natural environment!

3s lipo will wake it up.  Swap out ESC for hobbywing 1060 and run 3s.

I'd like to keep this one looking pretty for a bit longer!

I've got my TT-02T basher for that sort of thing. I have a 1060 esc going spare and soft 3s 2200 packs I use for flying. I'll give it a go one day. I'm not sure how the TT-02 plastic diffs will feel about it though!

The Blitzer chassis is a speed demon. Mine used to pull wheelies at 40 mph. Lol  :)  :)

until it disintegrated. :( Lol

i almost forgot about that bit. Lol
