Account Locked Error / message not delivered

Hi TC bods,

I renewed my sub just now but got a "there has been some trouble with your application" upon return to TC.  I probably failed to read some important instructional advice before I started and missed something.  Paypal transaction seems to have been successful.

I then sent an email to the support address as per instructions and got a message not delivered email address not found response.

Is anyone able to look into the locked account for me personally?  Might be worth checking that email account too.
