jupitertwo 1484 Posted June 6, 2019 I've just ordered a 2018 Super Astute (yay!), and I was looking at my motor options. I saw from the manual that the pinion is 05, which is a little unusual. Does anyone have any recommendations for sources of steel pinions or other pinion sizes? speedy_w_beans 4272 Posted June 6, 2019 Tamiya makes a range of 0.5 mod pinions for the DF-03 chassis (Dark Impact/Keen Hawk/Avante MkII). Also, some RC helicopters use 0.5 mod pinions; Hobbyking has some if you search on "0.5 pinion." 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
